We want you to love your Lovely Looks purchase but if anything is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will refund the product price but unfortunately we do not refund any postage costs.

Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition in original packaging.

  • We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking
  • Lovely Looks does not accept liability for any returned goods list or damaged in post
  • Returns outside the stated timeframe will only be accepted at the discretion of Lovely Looks
  • Refunds will only be made on the card used to purchase the goods with
  • Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete
  • Lovely Looks does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds
  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
